01 -- AGREEMENT TO TERMS
By accessing or purchasing from www.theblueprint4u.com ("the Site"), you agree
to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before
making a purchase or using this website.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and The Blueprint,
a business operating under the laws of the United Kingdom. If you do not agree
to these Terms, you must not use this Site or purchase any products from it.
These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of the Site. Your
continued use of the Site following the posting of any changes constitutes
acceptance of those changes.
02 -- DIGITAL PRODUCTS
The Blueprint sells digital PDF products ("Products") via this website. All
Products are delivered electronically upon successful payment. No physical goods
are shipped.
Our Products include, but are not limited to:
- Phase 01 -- The Stability System (Mind)
- Phase 02 -- Wealth Blueprint
- Phase 03 -- Food and Nutrition Blueprint
- Phase 04 -- Physical Health Blueprint
- The Discipline Blueprint (all 4 PDFs bundled)
Product descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change at any
time without prior notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at
any time.
03 -- PRICING AND PAYMENT
All prices displayed on the Site are in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and
include any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
We accept payment via the following processors:
- Bankful -- secure card processing
- PayPal -- PayPal account or guest card payments
Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. Your order will not be fulfilled
until payment has been successfully processed and confirmed.
We use industry-standard encryption and secure payment gateways. The Blueprint
does not store your card or payment details directly on our servers. All payment
data is handled by our third-party processors in accordance with their respective
security standards.
04 -- DIGITAL DELIVERY
Upon successful payment, your digital Product(s) will be made available for
immediate download via a link sent to the email address provided at checkout.
Please ensure the email address you provide is correct. The Blueprint is not
responsible for non-delivery caused by an incorrect email address entered at
checkout.
If you have not received your download link within 30 minutes of purchase,
please check your spam or junk folder before contacting us at:

05 -- REFUND POLICY
Due to the instant digital nature of our Products, all sales are generally final
once the download link has been delivered and accessed. Under the UK Consumer
Contracts Regulations 2013, you acknowledge that by accessing your download you
waive your right to a 14-day cancellation period applicable to digital content.
However, we are committed to your satisfaction. Refunds may be considered on a
case-by-case basis in the following circumstances:
- You did not receive your download link and we are unable to resend it
- The file delivered was corrupt or inaccessible and we cannot resolve it
- A duplicate charge occurred due to a technical error
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase to
info@theblueprint.com with your order reference. We aim to respond within
3 business days.
We do not offer refunds on the basis of change of mind or dissatisfaction with
content after the product has been downloaded and accessed.
06 -- OWNERSHIP AND LICENCE
All content on this Site and within our Products -- including text, design,
graphics, frameworks, and branding -- is the intellectual property of The
Blueprint and is protected by United Kingdom copyright law.
Upon purchase, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable
licence to access and use the Product(s) for your own personal use only.
You may not:
- Reproduce, copy, or redistribute any Product in whole or in part
- Sell, sublicence, or share the Product with any third party
- Upload the Product to any file-sharing platform or public location
- Modify, adapt, or create derivative works from the Product
- Use the Product for commercial training, coaching, or resale purposes
Any unauthorised use of our intellectual property may result in legal action.
If you become aware of any unauthorised distribution of our Products, please
report it to info@theblueprint.com.
07 -- NO PROFESSIONAL ADVICE
The content within our Products is provided for informational and educational
purposes only. Nothing within The Blueprint's Products constitutes professional
medical, financial, legal, or psychological advice.
Always consult a qualified professional before making decisions related to your
health, finances, or legal matters. The Blueprint accepts no liability for
outcomes resulting from the application of information contained in its Products.
Results described or implied are not guaranteed. Individual outcomes will vary
based on personal circumstances, effort, and consistency.
08 -- LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, The Blueprint shall not be liable for
any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising
from your use of, or inability to use, our Site or Products.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from the purchase of a Product
shall not exceed the amount paid by you for that Product.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury
caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded
under English law.

- Bankful -- payment processing. Your card data is handled directly by
Bankful and is not accessible to us.
- PayPal -- payment processing. PayPal processes and secures all PayPal
transactions independently of The Blueprint.
All third-party processors we use are required to keep your data confidential
and are prohibited from using it for their own marketing purposes.
We may disclose your data to law enforcement or regulatory bodies where required

05 -- HOW LONG WE KEEP IT
